Industry Trends & Safety Monitoring Demands
With the rapid growth of logistics and transportation, fleet operations, and the global movement of assets, businesses are facing increasingly complex challenges in safety management, operational efficiency, and asset visibility.
Traditional management methods often rely on manual supervision and fragmented data systems, making it increasingly difficult to meet the demands of modern fleet and logistics operations. Vehicle theft, unauthorized use, fuel loss, lack of asset visibility, and insufficient operational data continue to create financial and operational risks.
At the same time, unsafe driving behavior, difficulties in accident investigation, and limited traceability of vehicle and cargo conditions further increase safety management and compliance pressures. As a result, there is growing demand for integrated solutions that enable real-time or periodic positioning, proactive risk monitoring, status data collection, and intelligent management.
To address these challenges, the HAWK Series - Fleet Logistics and Asset Monitoring Solution integrates vehicle tracking devices, asset tracking devices, smart cameras, electronic locks, and various sensors to provide flexible monitoring and security management capabilities for vehicles, containers, chassis, trailers, and other mobile assets.
Topology
1. TE304F – Wired GPS Tracker
The TE304F is designed for vehicle and fleet monitoring applications. It supports GNSS positioning, location data transmission, ACC status detection, and driving behavior monitoring, helping fleet managers obtain information about vehicle location, operating status, and driving events. The device can detect events such as harsh acceleration, harsh cornering, harsh braking, overspeeding, and collisions, and can work with third-party platforms to support applications such as geofencing.
Its extensive interfaces and expansion capabilities support the connection of peripherals such as relays, SOS buttons, iButtons, ID scanners, ultrasonic fuel level sensors, tire pressure sensors, and alcohol detection sensors. These peripherals enable additional functions including driver identification, vehicle anti-theft control, emergency alerts, fuel monitoring, tire pressure monitoring, and driver safety management.
2. TL904D – Solar Wireless GPS Tracker
The TL904D is designed for long-term tracking and security monitoring of containers, chassis, trailers, and other unpowered mobile assets. The device features a built-in 10,000 mAh rechargeable battery and supports solar charging, allowing the battery to be continuously replenished under suitable solar conditions, thereby reducing the need for frequent maintenance and manual charging.
The device supports GNSS positioning and can optionally support LBS and Wi-Fi positioning depending on the product configuration. It features motion detection and removal/tamper detection and can transmit periodic location data to help managers monitor asset location and status. Its wireless design enables convenient deployment on containers, trailers, and other mobile assets.
Through Bluetooth, the TL904D can also be expanded with Bluetooth door sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, and other wireless sensors to collect data such as cargo door status, temperature, humidity, and asset conditions. This makes it suitable for logistics transportation, cold chain transportation, container management, and mobile asset tracking.
In addition to GPS tracking devices, the HAWK solution can integrate a Smart Dash Camera and Smart Electronic Lock according to vehicle and cargo security requirements.
3. Smart Dash Camera
The Smart Dash Camera provides high-definition video recording and ADAS driving assistance functions, supporting features such as Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), and Front Vehicle Start Alert (FVSA). An optional external DMS camera can also be connected to support the detection of driver behaviors such as fatigue, distraction, and mobile phone use, providing support for vehicle safety management and video evidence collection in the event of an accident.
4. Smart Electronic Lock
The Smart Electronic Lock uses Bluetooth wireless communication technology to provide intelligent locking and anti-theft protection for vehicles, containers, and cargo. It supports unlocking via a Bluetooth APP, or remote unlocking through commands when integrated with a GPS Tracker. The lock also features a high-volume audible alarm triggered by vibration or cutting attempts, helping enhance the security of cargo and assets during transportation.
The HAWK solution combines GPS Tracking, Asset Tracking, Video Monitoring, Driver Identification, Sensor Monitoring, and Smart Security Devices in a modular configuration, providing a flexible hardware foundation for different vehicle and asset management scenarios.
Ultimately, the HAWK solution helps businesses transition from traditional manual supervision and basic location tracking toward intelligent monitoring, proactive risk management, and digital operations, providing a flexible and scalable technology foundation for modern fleet, logistics, transportation, and mobile asset management.
